2000

“Family Christian Health Center was founded and developed in April 2000 by a group of family practitioners that got together to try and solve the lack of medical aid in the area. They were deeply concerned and committed to provide health care to medically underserved patients in the Harvey area and neighboring communities. Through many hardships and hours of hard work and dedication, these founding physicians started Family Christian Health Center: William Crevier, M.D., founder of Christian Community Health Center in Chicago, Illinois; Pediatrician, Laurie Debonnett, M.D., Lisa Green, D.O., M.P.H. and Cynthia Jones, M.D., M.P.H. Services began at 15620 South Wood Street in a small medical building on the campus of Ingalls Memorial Hospital.”
