PATIENT PORTAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Patients must have a valid email address documented in the patient’s registration and the patient will be automatically enabled for a portal account. The patient will receive an email to set their account. If signing up a minor, the minor must be added to the parent or guardian’s portal account.

Click on the forgot your password option on login page of the patient portal

Yes. Test results are available after the provider has reviewed and signed them under the documents tab.

Yes. Once you are enabled and logged onto the portal, an appointment can be requested by clicking the appointment button and following the prompts.
