PRESCRIPTION 4 PLAY – LEGO® DUPLO® (18-36 month old patients )

Family Christian Health Center is now a proud participant in the Prescription for Play Program.

The Weitzman Institute has partnered with the LEGO Foundation to roll out this free program called Prescription for Play. The purpose of the program is to help primary care practices embed discussion on the importance of play with caregivers into routine well child visits for 18-36 month old patients. Now, your 18-36 month old can get a LEGO® DUPLO® bricks FREE!

The program offers these patients and their caregivers. Our Health care providers use the bricks and related educational material as prompts to engage caregivers around the benefits of play for development of emotional, cognitive, creative, social and physical skills.
