Francesca Davis is the newest board member at Family Christian Health Center (FCHC). She comes to the board with an eager and willing spirit to work to help others in the healthcare field. She is a Christian who believes in Jeremiah 29:11, which says “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Francesca sees FCHC as the place that will help her accomplish this belief by helping the underserved and underprivileged people in the communities see their plans and hopes come to fruition.
Francesca has over seven years of program evaluation and government affairs experience. She currently serves as the Clinical Operations Manager for Chicago Public Schools (CPS). In her current position, she manages and oversees the day-to-day operations and implementation of the COVID testing program; facilitates communication between the district and testing vendors to ensure testing expectations are being met, escalating critical concerns to the vendor for awareness and resolution; develops district-wide communications regarding testing, compliance, and other related issues to the nearly 340,000 CPS students in 600+ schools.

Francesca received her training and education at Spelman College (BS in Biology), Governors State University (MHS in Addiction Studies), and University of Miami (MPH). She has always had a spirit for volunteerism, which she continues to do as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

When she is not working or volunteering, Francesca enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
