Hello FCHC community! I’m happy to be here with you again! Over 10 years ago I was allowed to present diabetes classes here to Center patients. For several years I was welcomed and made to feel like part of the care team & community. It was a very special experience for me and I’ve held those relationships & memories close to my heart. I‘m excited to return to help implement a new Center vision, the launch of the Integrated Health & Wellness Program.

I’m a Southsider through and through! A product of Chicago’s Southside parochial and public schools, I graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago Medical Center and reside in the South suburbs. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES) with over 25 years of experience, I’ll bring this community what I’ve learned from the inpatient, outpatient, pharmaceutical business, and higher-education positions I’ve held. My goals are to 1) always HEAR you and 2) using science-based information and my passion to help, support you on your journey toward expressing the best health possible.
